For the work you do every day

What’s on your NetSuite to-do list?

A month-end question. A script that keeps failing. A new client to understand. Here’s how the app helps you work through each one.

    Finance teams

Explain a jump in vendor spend.

Start with the bills behind the numbers. Compare vendors and subsidiaries, check which costs changed, and open the SuiteQL behind the answer.

What you get: A spend comparison, supporting transactions, and an explanation for your month-end review.

    When the job goes further

From release checks to a custom solution.

Keep the investigation, implementation, and checks together—with a chance to review the evidence before anything reaches production.

Test what the next NetSuite release could change.

Start with the Pre-Release Impact Analyzer and the official release notes. Then turn the findings into executable checks in your Release Preview account.

What you get: An impact assessment, results from the checks you run, and a clear list of failures and untested paths.

    See the steps
    1. Find what needs testing

Compare the release notes with your scripts and workflows. Choose the business paths and expected outcomes to check.

    2. Run checks in Release Preview

Ask AI to prepare test transactions and Runner checks. Review and approve execution, then inspect actual results and script logs.

    3. Fix and check again

Review proposed fixes, rerun the affected checks, and keep failed or untested paths visible in the release decision.

    Start with a question

Runner requires the optional NetSuite bundle, Developer mode, Read and write mode, and confirmation. Test transactions can persist. An impact report alone does not prove release readiness.

Take a complex idea all the way to deployment.

Describe a solution—such as order approvals by subsidiary and discount level. Work through the design, SuiteScript, custom fields, tests, and release in the same workspace.

What you get: A versioned solution, test evidence, and an SDF release with a confirmed destination.

    See the steps
    1. Agree how it should work

Define the rules, approval roles, exceptions, and acceptance tests. Inspect the account’s existing fields and scripts before choosing the design.

    2. Build and validate

Develop the SuiteScript and SDF objects with AI. Review the diffs, test normal and exception paths in sandbox, and refine the solution against the agreed checks.

    3. Review and release

Commit the changes in Git, run SDF validation, and review the destination account. Confirm production deployment, then check the deployed behavior.

    Start with a question

Code and Git are in beta. Account access, optional Runner setup, SuiteCloud credentials, and the required write approvals apply. Scope and test coverage are agreed for each solution.

    Work through the code together.

Ask for a new script or a change to an existing one. Refine it with AI and see exactly what changed in the diff.

    Keep your work in Git.

Commit and push changes, open pull requests, and compare your repository with the scripts in your account.

Check it, then deploy with SDF.

Run SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) checks, review the destination account, and confirm when you’re ready to deploy.

Code and Git are in beta. Enable Developer mode with an authorized NetSuite role; SDF deployment requires configured SuiteCloud credentials and confirmation.

    Example workflow

Upgrade the scripts your team actually owns.

Some SuiteScript 1.0 scripts belong to managed bundles, so their updates are the vendor’s job. netQuery.ai helps find yours, upgrade them to 2.1, and work through sandbox tests before you approve an SDF deployment.

Start by finding the scripts you own. Follow the changes through testing to the deployment you approve.

These sample results illustrate the steps. They aren’t a completed migration or verified tests; your account needs its own checks.

Check versions, bundle ownership, and dependencies. Choose the custom scripts to upgrade and leave vendor-managed updates with the publisher.

    netQuery.ai / ANALYZE
    Setup

    Let’s get you connected.

Install the Windows app and connect your NetSuite session. Add the optional managed bundle for saved-search tools and deeper workflow details.

    1. Get the Windows app

Sign in to the account portal for your installer, license, and setup guide.

    2. Connect to NetSuite

Use the browser extension or sign in through the app’s NetSuite view. A NetSuite administrator can also install the optional netQuery.ai managed bundle.

    3. Choose your AI

Start with included AI, or pick Anthropic, OpenAI, or local models through Ollama, LM Studio, and compatible endpoints from the supported catalog. Claude Desktop over MCP is also supported. External providers and Claude subscriptions have separate costs.

Do you need the NetSuite bundle?

You can connect without it. Add the bundle for saved searches and a closer look at workflows.

    Start with your NetSuite session

Query the records your role can access with SuiteQL, and look up standard record details and live schema information through NetSuite REST. Your account needs REST Web Services enabled and the relevant role permissions.

Add tools with the managed bundle

Inspect and run saved searches, and see more workflow details. The optional Runner also lets you validate scripts in a sandbox or Release Preview account.

A NetSuite administrator installs the optional bundle. Runner validation requires Developer mode and confirmation; test changes may persist in the account.

    Trust & security

You decide what the app can do.

Know what the app can access, when it can make changes, and where your information goes.

    Your NetSuite permissions still apply.

The app uses your signed-in role and the records it can access.

You decide when to allow changes.

The app starts read-only. Writes need opt-in and confirmation; production changes have extra permission checks.

    Know where your data goes.

Relevant details go to the AI provider or local endpoint you choose. Included TensorX AI runs in the EU and retains usage metadata, but no prompt or response content. Portal account and operational data are stored separately.

More about permissions and data handling
    Local-first architecture

The desktop processes NetSuite queries, working results, chats, and exports. AI context goes to your chosen provider or local model endpoint. Included AI runs on EU-hosted TensorX infrastructure. The portal stores account, organization, membership, billing, license, device, heartbeat, and audit data required to operate the service, plus encrypted organization-managed provider credentials. Other providers and local endpoints follow their own configuration and data policies.

Choose your provider or local model

Use the included AI, Anthropic, OpenAI, another provider from the supported catalog, or local models through Ollama, LM Studio and compatible endpoints. Personal provider credentials use operating-system-backed secure storage; organization-managed credentials are encrypted in the portal vault and delivered to authorized members. External provider billing and data policies apply to those optional connections; local processing depends on your endpoint configuration.

Existing NetSuite session, no second login

Either the netQuery.ai Connect Chrome Web Store extension or the embedded NetSuite webview shares your existing NetSuite session with the desktop app. The extension may hold the active cookie for the session; the embedded browser stores its partition on the device until you sign out. Your existing NetSuite role and permissions determine what netQuery.ai can access.

    Read-only by default

The app is read-only by default. Enabling writes is an explicit choice, production writes require a separate opt-in, and guarded operations ask for confirmation before sending. NetSuite requests use the signed-in role. Production writes also require an administrator-granted custom permission; if the permission check fails, the request is denied.

    Every query is auditable

Every SuiteQL query used in an analysis is shown, ready to inspect, copy, modify, or rerun in NetSuite. The app also keeps local diagnostic and audit logs for supported operations; they are useful evidence, not a claimed record of all external traffic.

    Role-aware access

netQuery.ai operates under your existing NetSuite role. You see what your role allows you to see. Nothing more, nothing less. No service-account mode, no privilege escalation, no separate identity to manage.

    Limited operational connections

The desktop contacts netQuery services for activation, licensing, license heartbeats, and authenticated update checks. The portal retains the account and operational data needed for these functions. Included AI inference is a separate data flow: prompts and relevant context are sent to EU-hosted TensorX infrastructure, which retains usage metadata but no prompt or response content.

Included AI: EU hosting and scoped data retention

TensorX states that inference is EU-hosted and retains no prompt or response content; usage metadata is retained. TensorX states it is a GDPR-compliant processor. Its own ISO 27001 certification is in progress, while its infrastructure partner is ISO 27001 certified. These statements concern TensorX and its infrastructure, not certification of netQuery.ai. Portal account and operational records are retained separately.

    Signed updates, never silent

Updates ship through Electron's auto-updater using an authenticated private release feed. You are prompted before an update installs. The update check is operational traffic and does not include NetSuite query results, chats, or model prompts.

    Optional managed NetSuite bundle

You can optionally install the netQuery.ai managed NetSuite bundle. A NetSuite administrator installs it if your team chooses to use it.

A few things you might be wondering.

Getting connected, choosing AI, and staying in control.

Will it work on my computer?

The desktop app runs on Windows. You can manage your organization, licenses, devices, and billing in the account portal from your browser.

Do I have to install a bundle in NetSuite?

No. Connect your existing session through the browser extension or the app’s NetSuite view. The optional netQuery.ai managed bundle adds saved-search tools and deeper workflow details; a NetSuite administrator installs it.

Is AI included in the price?

Yes. GLM 5.3 Flash is included and preconfigured for NetSuite on EU-hosted TensorX infrastructure. We keep the included AI current as we select and optimize the newest and most capable open models for NetSuite. You can also choose Anthropic, OpenAI, or local models through Ollama, LM Studio, and compatible endpoints from the supported catalog, or use Claude Desktop over MCP. These are optional; external providers and Claude subscriptions have their own costs.

    Where does my data go?

Relevant account details go to the AI provider or local endpoint you choose. Included AI runs on EU-hosted TensorX infrastructure: it keeps usage metadata, but no prompt or response content. Other providers and local endpoints follow their own settings and policies. NetSuite and portal connections use the network. The portal separately stores account and operational data, including billing, licenses, devices, audit records, and encrypted organization-managed provider credentials.

Can it change things in my account?

It starts read-only. You must opt in to writes, and guarded operations need confirmation. Production writes also need a separate opt-in and an administrator-granted custom permission. Your existing NetSuite role still applies.

    How do I cancel?

An organization owner or admin can cancel from Billing in the account portal. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. You keep access through the period you’ve paid for; annual plans renew each year unless canceled.
